Up to 1kg order: total post & packaging £3.95
Up to 2kg order: total post & packaging £4.95
Over 2kg order: total post & packaging £5.95

 

Please contact us at enquiries@daisyhomeinteriors.com for deliveries outside of the UK, so that we can provide you with a quotation for the postage.

 

It is our aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days from the original order date. If for any reason this is not possible, we will email to notify you.

 

It is essential that the address you give to us is correct. If it is incorrect we cannot be liable for the loss or additional postage costs. If you have placed an order and wish to amend the address please email us on enquiries@daisyhomeinteriors.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to change it.

 

Returns ...

If for any reason you would like to return all or part of your order, please email us within 7 working days of receiving the order at enquiries@daisyhomeinteriors.com


Please tell us your order number along with the reason for returning, and if you would like a full refund or an exchange. 


You can return the goods personally by dropping them into our shop at Mickley, but please call first to make sure someone is there, we'd hate you to have a wasted journey.

 

You can post returns, but please note we do not cover the cost of the returns (unless the item is faulty or damaged) so please ensure you send your returned item(s) with a tracked delivery service as we cannot be liable for the lost goods and therefore no refund will be given. 


Please ensure when returning goods back to Daisy Home Interiors, that they are packaged in their original packaging and safe for transit.


As soon as we receive the return, we will issue the refund back to the original method of payment, this can take up to 7 working days to appear.
